For Water Leak Detection Service
1. Nature of Service
Inotic Infra Solutions provides water leakage detection, dampness investigation, seepage assessment, and technical consultation services using various non-destructive and semi-destructive inspection methods and equipment. The inspection findings and recommendations are based on the site conditions observed at the time of inspection only.
2. Inspection Limitations
The inspection is conducted using professional tools and instruments such as thermal imaging cameras, acoustic leak detectors, moisture meters, endoscopic cameras, pressure testing equipment, visual inspections, and other relevant technologies. While these tools assist in identifying probable sources of leakage, no inspection method can guarantee 100% accuracy under all site conditions.
Factors such as concealed construction elements, inaccessible areas, environmental conditions, previous repair work, building design, material types, and hidden defects may affect the accuracy and interpretation of inspection results.
3. Recommendations Only
The findings, observations, conclusions, and repair recommendations contained in this report are provided solely as technical guidance and professional opinion. Property owners, occupants, contractors, builders, maintenance agencies, and other stakeholders are free to adopt, modify, reject, or implement any recommendations at their own discretion.
4. No Warranty or Guarantee
This inspection service is a one-time consultation and reporting service only. No warranty, guarantee, assurance, or performance commitment is provided regarding:
Complete identification of all leakage sources.
Future leakage occurrences.
Effectiveness of any repair work.
Long-term performance of recommended solutions.
Prevention of future seepage, dampness, or water ingress.
5. Limitation of Liability
Inotic Infra Solutions, its inspectors, employees, representatives, and associates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, financial, structural, property-related, or personal damages arising from:
The inspection process.
Reliance on this report.
Repair decisions made by property owners or contractors.
Failure of any repair method.
Existing hidden defects or future leakage occurrences.
6. Damage During Inspection
The inspection is carried out with reasonable care and professional practices. However, Inotic Infra Solutions shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, deterioration, or incidental impact occurring during or after the inspection process, including but not limited to access-related activities, testing procedures, or existing weak building conditions.
7. Report Validity
This report is intended solely for maintenance, repair planning, troubleshooting, and leakage rectification purposes. The report reflects site conditions observed on the inspection date only and should not be considered valid indefinitely.
8. No Legal or Evidentiary Use
This report is not a certified forensic investigation, engineering audit, structural stability certificate, legal opinion, expert witness statement, or court-admissible evidence. The report shall not be used for:
Legal proceedings.
Litigation.
Arbitration.
Consumer complaints.
Insurance claims.
Property disputes.
Builder-owner disputes.
Government or regulatory proceedings.
Inotic Infra Solutions accepts no responsibility for any legal action, claim, dispute, or proceeding initiated based on this report.
9. Report Modification Policy
The report is prepared based on observations made during the inspection and professional assessment of the inspector. Once issued, the report shall be considered final. No modifications, alterations, additions, deletions, or revisions will be made at the request of the client or any third party unless a completely new inspection is conducted.
10. Report Ownership and Retention
Clients are responsible for maintaining and preserving their copy of the report. Inotic Infra Solutions does not guarantee long-term storage, retrieval, replacement, or reissuance of reports after delivery. Duplicate copies may not be available in the future.
11. Third-Party Repairs
Inotic Infra Solutions is not responsible for the quality, workmanship, performance, pricing, timelines, or outcomes of repair work carried out by any contractor, vendor, builder, maintenance agency, or third party.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or permitting the inspection service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to the limitations and responsibilities described herein.

Water Leakage Detection & Technical Inspection Services
For Waterproofing & Building Maintenance Services
1️⃣ Service Scope
We provide waterproofing, building maintenance, repair, renovation, and painting services across Delhi NCR.
Specific services, materials, and timelines are agreed upon before commencement and documented in the work contract or estimate.
2️⃣ Site Access & Cooperation
The client must provide free and safe access to the worksite during agreed hours.
Water and electricity (if needed) should be made available to our team.
Any delay caused by the client may affect the completion timeline.
3️⃣ Work Timeline & Delays
Estimated project timelines will be shared in advance.
Delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, material shortage, or third-party issues will be communicated promptly.
Time extensions will not affect service quality or warranties.
4️⃣ Payment Terms
50% advance is required to confirm the work order.
The remaining balance is payable as per mutually agreed milestones.
Delayed payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension or additional late fees.
5️⃣ Warranty & Guarantee
Waterproofing services carry a warranty of 3-10 years, depending on the type of service and materials used.
Warranty is valid only if full payment has been made and there is no third-party tampering.
Natural disasters, structural damage, or modifications not done by us are not covered under the warranty.
6️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a project is cancelled before work starts, a refund (after deducting inspection or consultation charges) may be processed.
Once work has commenced, the project cannot be cancelled. No refund will be issued for work already completed.
7️⃣ Liability
Inotic Infra Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, concealed defects, or damages caused by third parties.
We do not accept liability for damages caused by unauthorized modifications or misuse of our solutions post-completion.
8️⃣ Materials & Brands
We use only genuine and reputed brands such as Dr. Fixit, Sika, Fosroc, etc.
In the case of client-supplied materials, we are not responsible for quality or warranty issues.
9️⃣ Third-Party Services
Any subcontractors or partners used will be coordinated and held to our quality standards.
We do not guarantee services not provided directly by Inotic Infra Solutions.
🔟 Legal Compliance
All services will be carried out in accordance with applicable local laws and building safety regulations.
Any disputes shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts only.
