3. Full Damp Inspection
Tools Include: Ultrasonic Acoustic test + Infrared thermal scanning + water content & Moisture Detector (Combo Plus).
Charge: ₹5500
4. Advanced Complete Damp Inspection (for 3-4 BHK)
Tools Include:Ultrasonic Acoustic test + Infrared thermal scanning+ Water Content & Moisture Detector
Charge: ₹6500
5. Ultimate Waterproof Health Package
This is for 2 Floor Building Full water leakage inspection
Charge: ₹8,000
6. Premium Full Home Leak Scan
This is for 3-4 Floor Building full water leakage Inspection :

Note:
1. We provide detailed digital report PDF with thermal & visual images for Plan number 5, 6 & 7 only!
2. If you need digital report under booking Plan number 1, 2 or 3, there will be extra ₹1000 charge
3. Booking & Visit Charge ₹1500(Non-refundable) included in total charges
4. These charges include Consultation, Site Visit- site Inspection, Digital reports and best recommendations for further waterproofing & Painting only
5. We don’t provide plumbing or waterproofing related services in this cost
6. Seperate/extra cost will be applicable for Waterproofing treatment by Dr.Fixit Certified Applicators!
7. If we fail to find leakage, we will not charge the remaining amount, only booking amount will be kept.
8. Booked services are provided once per order. Future service needs will require a new booking at the same applicable charges.
9. If Customer Cancels
- If you cancel, no refund of booking charge.
- If we cancel, we will refund full booking amount.
10. Extra Charges
- If any helper visits with technician, extra charges may apply based on time.
- If you ask for extra area inspection not included in booking, it will be extra charged.
11. Service Scope
- We only inspect and detect leakage.
- We do not provide plumber or waterproofing work – you must arrange that separately.
12. No Damage or Cleaning Liability
- We are not responsible for any damage during work.
- We don’t clean any dirt/mess created during inspection.
13. Visit Timing
- Technician’s visit time may change due to weather, area, or tool availability.
