🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Inotic Infra Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality waterproofing, renovation, and building maintenance services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to service cancellations. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1️⃣ Service Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through official communication channels at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or site visit.
If materials have already been procured or work has commenced, a cancellation fee will apply based on the stage of the project and costs incurred.
2️⃣ Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before material purchase or work initiation, we may provide a full refund (excluding any inspection or consultation charges).
Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after materials are purchased but before work begins, only material and logistics costs will be deducted.
No Refund: No refund will be provided if the service is cancelled after work has started or has been substantially completed.
3️⃣ Inspection or Consultation Charges
Site inspection and consultation charges are non-refundable, as they involve expert time, travel, and assessment.
If a project is cancelled post-inspection, the inspection fee will still be applicable.
4️⃣ Project Delays & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule the service, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Repeated rescheduling may result in rescheduling fees or cancellation of service at our discretion.
5️⃣ Service Cancellation by Inotic Infra Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unavoidable reasons such as:
Unsafe site conditions
Lack of required permissions or access
Non-payment or breach of agreement terms
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be offered, depending on the situation.
6️⃣ Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
