Guarantees apply only to services rendered directly by Inotic Infra Solutions and are subject to the following conditions:
✅ Warranty is applicable only after full payment is received and a digital or physical warranty certificate is issued.
🧾 The scope of the warranty is clearly defined in the agreement and is valid only for the mentioned area(s) and service(s).
🛠️ Warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters, structural defects, plumbing failures, or unforeseen external factors.
🚫 Unauthorized use of chemicals or products on the serviced area will void the warranty.
🧰 Warranty is non-transferable and remains applicable only to the original client/site mentioned in the invoice.
📸 For claim verification, before and after service photos may be required, which are maintained in our service log.
🔄 Rework or replacement under warranty is limited to the scope of the original service and does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
🏗️ The guarantee becomes void if:
Another contractor, technician, or individual tampers with or modifies the waterproofed area.
Any construction, drilling, nailing, or structural changes are carried out in or around the treated surface.
There is inadequate or no maintenance of the treated surface post-service, as outlined in our care instructions.
📍 How to Claim Your Guarantee
If you notice any issue within the warranty period:
Contact our support team via call, email, or WhatsApp.
Our inspection team will visit the site within 3–5 working days.
If found valid under the policy, repairs will be conducted free of charge.
