1️⃣ Service Scope

• We provide waterproofing, building maintenance, repair, renovation, and painting services across Delhi NCR.

• Specific services, materials, and timelines are agreed upon before commencement and documented in the work contract or estimate.

2️⃣ Site Access & Cooperation

• The client must provide free and safe access to the worksite during agreed hours.

• Water and electricity (if needed) should be made available to our team.

• Any delay caused by the client may affect the completion timeline.

3️⃣ Work Timeline & Delays

• Estimated project timelines will be shared in advance.

• Delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, material shortage, or third-party issues will be communicated promptly.

• Time extensions will not affect service quality or warranties.

4️⃣ Payment Terms

• 50% advance is required to confirm the work order.

• The remaining balance is payable as per mutually agreed milestones.

• Delayed payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension or additional late fees.

5️⃣ Warranty & Guarantee

• Waterproofing services carry a warranty of 3-10 years, depending on the type of service and materials used.

• Warranty is valid only if full payment has been made and there is no third-party tampering.

• Natural disasters, structural damage, or modifications not done by us are not covered under the warranty.

6️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a project is cancelled before work starts, a refund (after deducting inspection or consultation charges) may be processed.

• Once work has commenced, the project cannot be cancelled. No refund will be issued for work already completed.

7️⃣ Liability

• Inotic Infra Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, concealed defects, or damages caused by third parties.

• We do not accept liability for damages caused by unauthorized modifications or misuse of our solutions post-completion.

8️⃣ Materials & Brands

• We use only genuine and reputed brands such as Dr. Fixit, Sika, Fosroc, etc.

• In the case of client-supplied materials, we are not responsible for quality or warranty issues.

9️⃣ Third-Party Services

• Any subcontractors or partners used will be coordinated and held to our quality standards.

• We do not guarantee services not provided directly by Inotic Infra Solutions.

🔟 Legal Compliance

• All services will be carried out in accordance with applicable local laws and building safety regulations.

• Any disputes shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts only.
